- I really enjoy role-playing games still. Friday night's game was great fun, we all got to do things appropriate to our characters for good or ill, and Amy got to show us a Dread Demon of the Sea summoned on the first radio tower in New Amsterdam - right before it suffocated in front of us due to lack of seawater. Hehehe.
- I like just hanging out with Jos. On Saturday we woke up late, went to our favourite coffee place for breakfast, grabbed comics, drove to a furniture place and a bike shop (we're pondering getting mountain bikes together), went to Freestyle Toute and just hung out. I like that.
- Going to new restaurants is neat. Thanks to the group I went to dinner with at C'est Bon, our outrrrrrageous French accents couldn't have offended anyone, I'm sure.
- I'm not good at this multiple engagements thing, and missed a birthday party. Sorry guys :(
- I really miss the old Griffith crew, especially those who have fled to Melbourne and Sydney. Was nice to catch up with Tracy even if it was only briefly.
- I really shouldn't drink a beer I bought at the German Club that's apparently 2.5 standard drinks in roughly 15 minutes. This, my friends, is why I stick to chocolate milkshakes. That and the taste.
- Next time I'm in Austria and find a delicious beer, I'll write the name down. That means I don't buy random "that sounds right" beers from the German club. The Edelweiss is... interesting... not very beer-ish, and not really my sort of beer. Doesn't mean I didn't drink it though. Whups.
